Join Nike yoga trainer/LOL senior teacher/yoga photographer Vance Vlasek for an afternoon of discussion and practice of yoga in social media.  Learn to make content creation heartfelt and fun. Attendees will participate in a lecture and discussion about yoga and social media, receive content prompts with an assignment to create on-site, and receive a quick individual yoga photoshoot with one edited photo.
