In this workshop, you will study the anatomy of the synovial joints of the ankle, knee, hip, shoulder, neck, elbow, and wrist and explore specific healing sequences to increase your flexibility and strength so you can avoid injury and reduce pain and inflammation. This is an all levels workshop perfect for anyone interested in avoiding injury, reducing inflammation and pain in the joints, and better understanding how to perform postures in every day yoga classes. New and experienced yoga teachers will benefit from learning new ways to approach teaching an anatomically focused class. *RYTs will earn 3 YA CEUs for this workshop.
