Where Plant Medicine + Yoga intertwine for a divinely heightened experience. In this 90-minute practice we will begin by mindfully connecting with the Sacred Medicine that is Cannabis. We will then take a journey together through movement + breath, flowing through a mixture of Yin, Gentle, and Restorative Yoga to support deep healing of the body, mind, and spirit.
