Warriors are a group of asanas (postures) that build strength, flexibility, and resilience in both body and mind. These yoga asanas also bring up feelings of courage and self-assurance in those who practice them consciously, helping us tap into the warrior within.
In yoga classes, there's often not enough time to go into detail about each pose, which is why we've created this workshop: YOU ARE A WARRIOR.
