Join us as we gather in community to shed those old layers of what is no longer serving and focus on returning to our true selves. 

We are in the midst of eclipse season which illuminates our shadow self and asks us to look at parts of ourselves that we may have avoided. As we explore old patterns and habits that could be holding us back, we uncover an opportunity for growth and transformation. Due to the chaotic energy that an eclipse brings, we offer the chance to nurture our emotional selves, hold space for what comes up, and reflect, rather than set any specific intentions. This event will include a cacao ceremony to start, breath work, light yoga, journaling, guided mediation, and sound bath, as well as the chance to connect with community. Please bring a yoga mat, journal and pen. Option to bring your favorite mug or anything you would like to meditate with/ add to the altar.
