A progressive exploration of more advanced asana including ample arm-balances and inversions. A steady practice of at least a year or more is strongly recommended.

This class begins with a slower paced vinyasa flow geared towards beginning/intermediate students with longer holds and attention towards breath and alignment. Delicious props on hand in the second half for the ultimate stay-cation.

Join us for an engaging and imaginative class geared toward introducing your toddler to basic yoga postures and breathing techniques through adventure and play. Families will pose, dance, and rest together. Please bring your own mat and come ready to play!
This class is a wonderful introduction to the world of yoga. We’ll explore all sorts of fun poses; balancing, twisting, strengthening and stretching, as well as yoga breathing and meditation. We’ll have lots of fun as we adventure together learning how to keep our bodies healthy, our hearts happy, and our brains calm. Please bring your own mat.
